EXCHANGE POLICY
- To exchange one or more items, customer has to:
- Return the item(s)
- Make a fresh new order for the desired item(s)
RETURN POLICY
- Return based on “Change of Mind” which includes wrong size, is accepted.
- Customer has to return the item(s) to us (Customer will bear the shipping cost).
- We will wait for your item(s) to reach us and check if it qualifies for a return.
- If it is approved, store credit will be processed after we have received the item(s).
- An email of return approval will be sent to you on your registered email address.
- Customer will receive a store credit for the amount spent, excluding shipping cost, within 3 Business Days.
- For defective or incorrect item:
- Customer has to return the item to us. (Customer to pay for the shipping cost first)
- We will wait for your item(s) to reach us and check if it qualifies for a return.
- If it is approved, refund will be processed after we have received the item(s).
- An email of return approval will be sent to you on your registered email address.
- Customer will receive a refund, including shipping fees, within 3 Business Days.
- To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be UNUSED (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) in its ORIGINAL condition and packaging.
- Customer must return the item within 7 Calendar Days after receiving all the items in the order.
- Item(s) with any alteration requests cannot be returned.
- We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
